My Xbox One won't connect to any wireless network - FIXED!! READ UPDATE!!

So i had my PS4 and Xbox One x set up vertically next to each other on their respective stands and my xbox one would not connect to any wifi, while every other device in my house did and could. Your post made me move my ps4 across my desk so its not next
to it. Miraculously, my xbox one x connected to wifi. My ps4 was blocking the xbox one from connecting despite the fact the ps4 wasnt even turned on. Any explanation as to why this is the case would be much appreciated?

I meant that I had reset the entire console and I just did it again, a full reset, still no luck

Thank you for reaching out. I know you said you reset your console.. but did you perform the full factory reset?

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Full Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the update on the issue. I understand the issue is persisting with connecting to your wireless network with the Xbox One console.

I recommend to try the following article:
"I've connected my Xbox One to Xbox Live before, but I can't connect now."

Try this out and let us know the results.

I managed to fix it but the solution is super weird/simple.

So I've had this problem for months, it would just not connect so I set up a wired connection in my room instead. I recently redecorated and re-did my entire set up, and when I did, the WiFi also started to work again, but only for a short while before
not working again.

Now, I use an external hard drive for games, a WD Elements 3TB, and I have had it placed in the top left corner of the Xbox which is where I'm assuming the WiFi module is. When I redecorated, I moved the hard drive up off the Xbox on to the desk. I must
have put it back in the top left hand corner which for whatever reason blocked the WiFi signal. The reason it wasn't connecting to the internet was because the external hard drive was placed in the top left hand corner of the Xbox. I move it and it connects,
I put it back and It doesn't.

If you're having trouble connecting to WiFi, but for whatever reason none of the troubleshooting steps work, if you have a hard drive or something near the top left of your Xbox (where the Ethernet port is), move it and it should work.
