    My Xbox One Wireless controller doesn't connect


    Hi, the problem is that I have a bluethoot receiver that is not integrated in the computer, it's just a dongle. So because of that when I connect the controller to the dongle, Windows (and any game and applicantion) don't recognize my controller as an Xbox
    One Wireless Controllers.

    What type of problem are you having with your controller?

    MY CONTROLLER WON’T CONNECT TO MY CONSOLE OR PC -> it doesn't apply. the controller does connect to my pc

    I CAN’T UPDATE MY CONTROLLER -> it doesn't apply. Xbox Accessories says it is up to date

    MY CONTROLLER DOESN’T FUNCTION CORRECTLY -> somehow it doesn't. let's take this option

    MY CONTROLLER WON’T POWER ON -> it doesn't apply. the controller does power on

    SOME OR ALL OF THE BUTTONS ON MY CONTROLLER DON’T WORK AT ALL -> it doesn't apply. All buttons do work correctly

    Is it possible to use the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10" on an XBOX One to Connect Wireless Controllers?

    You probably mean the right thing, but the Xbox One does not use Bluetooth to connect controllers wirelessly, but a Xbox specific wireless communication protocol.

    Since the console has this wireless protocol built into the special wireless module already, the Xbox One doesn't support the USB wireless connector.

    suggestions in the Wireless Controller Troubleshooter here     to hopefully fix your wireless controller issues.
