My Xbox One will not receive new update, latest status says update failed with this number...

• Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

• Also, would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Plug everything back together.
- Turn your console on and try running the update again.

* If that doesn't work, is there any way you could try a wired connection?

As an alternative, you could try connecting your console to a different network. Please note that even a phone's hotspot would work for testing purposes.

It is the first black regular Xbox One, I have no external connections, I'm connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and yes I do have access to the settings. Thank you so much for the reply

- To clarify, is this the original Xbox One?

- Besides your TV/monitor, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

- Is your console connected to the internet via WiFi or network cable?

- Do you currently have access to your console's Settings menu?

Is anyone else showing a failed update under the latest update status?

Still not working. Thinking of doing an offline update do you think that would work? Because when I look at my latest cosole update status it says it failed and when I try to so it again it is not possible. It was last updated 1/7/2020 if that helps.
