My Xbox One will not install games

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with my Xbox One where games install to around 11 or 12GB, then just stop. I have 400GB of free storage, and this issue is occurring with both physical and digital games

What I've tried:

Clearing save data

Restarting the Xbox

Resetting without deleting games or apps

In your Xbox One Console Go to My App, Games, The see in Ready to Install and Installed Games

The game installation always stops at different places, but always ~12GB. I can now confirm it is a problem with the internal HDD, as games install just fine to my 64GB USB drive.

Installing the offline update did not resolve the issue.

WHY CAN YOU NOT READ THE ORIGINAL POST

I specifically stated that I've already reset the console to no avail. Additionally, if this was caused by my network, why would it happen with disc games while my internet is disabled, and why does my NAT type report open?

I know technology enough to know this is not a network issue, and you're giving me the Xbox equivalent of "sfc /scannow". If you're just going to give me generic advice without reading my original post, there's no point in replying at all.

Yes, I did power cycle the Xbox when I restarted it
When installing the game offline, I chose go offline in network settings, restarted my console (as the Microsoft support page suggests), then started the install from disc
