    My Xbox One Uninstalled Everything


    Hello, I am an xbox user and recently I just opened my console and tried to open a game. It said that there was an error so maybe I thought I just need to restart it, so I did. But after that, the games are now uninstalled, everything, all of it, just gone!

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you share your Xbox One console with anyone else that may have removed content from it? Or is it possible your console was factory reset somehow? That is not expected behavior or anything we have run into elsewhere so it's
    definitely unusual.

    I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the games, power cycle the console when the games were uninstalled and the installd everything again. Problem still there... The thing is that one of my eight games does have sound before I uninstalled everything and
    powercycled the xbox. And after I installed everything again it still only works on one game, one game only...

    In addition to reinstalling everything make sure that nothing else was deleted like save games and dlc.

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with all your games installed on your Xbox One have recently been uninstalled. You may want to try performing a

    Factory Reset     on your Xbox One and
    Installing your Games     again.
