    My xbox one turns off


    My xbox one keeps turning off a few seconds after I turn it on. I have turned it on before and set it up but I unplugged it for a trip. After that it won't work. I had this problem when I first bought it but I wiggled some wires and it turned on. The light
    on the power brick is a solid orange. Can somebody help me.

    When I turn on my xbox one it turns off 1 second later

    I turn on my xbox one so the logo xbox lights up but one second later my xbox one turns off so I can use my xbox one.

    Hello. Just as the title says, I have my Xbox One X and my girlfriend has an original day one Xbox. When my Xbox is on and she turns her Xbox on it will shut my Xbox off even when playing games. Any idea why this would be happening? It just started recently. My
    Xbox is set to turn on the tv but not have the tv turn it off. Hers is not set to turn on anything. For her controller to turn off my xbox should open a prompt for her to turn it off or turn off controller which isn’t happening.

    I think ( for my case) that it's not a problem of overheating because the console is free on four sides, the internal fans worked well both on the first console and on riconditioneted one. I think that
    the probem is between 4K TV and XBOX One X

    Hi Tomaz. I think that it’s the noise of the hard disk.when it starts make this noise start a short video of 4 K video chip and turn off. The issue EXISTS ONLY FOR THE 4K TV, I had try the console whit a normal TV and magicaly it works whitout problems
