My xbox one started to act extremely slow

I always do a reboot when this happens which isn't often but I always do one after an update.

Always manually quit what ever you are doing when you have finished using them.

We are having problems right now in the preview program with lag with apps, hopefully they get it sorted soon when its running properly you cant beat it.

Synchrons the loading or failure to read disc seems to be going on for ever, that's why I went all digital I don't trust the disc drive.

I take it that you are in the preview program ,you would be better using the early access forums and report your problems using the report a problem, then you know for sure the guys who do the fixing get what they need, they also get logs which show what
was going on and help them sort it out.

Once you have the update you cannot remove it, I hope your problems are fixed soon so you can get to enjoy what your doing.

No mate its a problem a lot of people get, as far as the preview goes with the 1504 update more people are seeing this problem in the preview we get updates and fixes every 2 to 3 days, and that is passed on to you when the update goes public, so hang on
to your console.

So is this a preview problem and I don't have to throw my xbox out of the window?

Mine freezes up all the time. Seems like system is always having problems. Home screen becomes unresponsive and have to reboot quite frequently. Sure miss the 360. It performed so much better. Never had issues like I do with the xboxone. Between freezing
and chat and stupid nat it is almost more trouble than it is worth to play a game. Nat is open and internet is just fine. It is a microsoft issue. Seems like there us always some kind of alert for a problem.
