    Home button on controller and keyboard on Xbox One not working

    The home buttons on both of my controllers aren't working, not even when I hold it to shut my console off. Also the keyboard on my One freezes up my console every time I try to use it, and I have to restart my Xbox every time.
    Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks

    My xbox one won't connect to the internet,every time i try to connect to the internet it shuts off and restarts..just as i get done typing in the password and hitting enter it doe that.

    Why does my XBox One X shut off when I start a game?

    Is this one game in particular or all games? I've never had my Xbox shut off but I've had games that restarted to the Xbox menu or crashed so hard I had to reset my Xbox. Usually random shut offs are due to overheating from what I've seen from friends.
    Do the vents have plenty of air flow?

    I have an Xbox One X downstairs and my One S Is upstairs as a media player. Every now and then if I shut off the X and go upstairs and turn on the S it won't quite grab on to live without a restart. As others said, just a restart, odds are good you are

    This is a long shot but I've had this happen with Borderlands 3 when it came out. Does your console beep like 2 times before shutting off mid game? If so, go to Settings then Power & Startup then Turn Off or Restart and Full Shutdown. Wait 5-10 minutes than
    boot the console via console button not the controller. This fixed my issue. I haven't had a random shut down in Modern Warfare but like I said, it's happened in Borderlands a couple times and I was pretty worried. Now, every few days I will select this option
    to shut down my Xbox just to be safe. It may or may not work but I really hope it does! Happy Gaming!
