    my Xbox one shuts down when i start fornite


    Hi. Since a few days I have noticed that when I start Fornite, the console shuts down and I have to disconnect the power source to turn the console back on (I cannot turn it back on with the control or with the console power button) with other programs
    or applications nothing similar happens. It is not all the time but lately it has happened more frequently.

    Fortnite keeps giving me the Login Failed screen

    Keep the screen on when it says login failed, and just shut down xbox by holding X button, and turn it back on n select fornite n push retry, it worked for me

    Update last night!!!

    I updated my xbox one last night comeing to it today i have found that when i go on you tube it shuts my xbox down their is no curser on the internet browser,

    Additionally, when left unattended, my xbox will shut down within 5 minutes,

    This has only started since I installed the preview update, but I cannot gain access to the private forums to discuss/complain about this issue.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks. The only one of those steps I havent tried is

    Solution 3: Change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically

    but that doesn't make sense as none of the settings there allow you to set anything so that it doesn't turn off automatically, rather it lets you restart or do a full shutdown. Its getting a full shutdown already when the problem occurs.
