my xbox one says cloud saves are offline when i want to play any xbox 360 game

yeah, but it is not letting move across any of my disc games to the cloud saved games. and it is not just the 360 i can play on the xbox one, it all of my 360 games as i do not want to lose any achievements, gamerscore and additional content: in other words
i want everything on my 360 saved onto my xbox live profile/ xbox one profile and not lost/deleted when i do a factory reset in order to sell my 360.

Usually if you're having problems with cloud saves, I would suggest troubleshooting your Network straight off, making sure that it meets the criteria for your console to access live denoted in

i did that on my 360 cloud saves are on line on the 360

I'm currently experiencing the same issue, possibly as far back as just before Red Dead Redemption 2 launched as I tried to play the first Red Dead and was confused when it started me at the beginning of the game instead of my saved file on the cloud.
I have just now tried to play two different games on BWC on Xbox One S, Wolfenstein 3D and Aliens vs Predator, and both game are showing the same thing when it asks for a storage device. It simply says Cloud Saved Games: Offline. Attached is a screen shot
of my Xbox One showing the storage selection screen for AvP. Whatever it is, it would seem something is wrong with the Cloud Saves. I am part of the Preview Program, so I don't know if it maybe has something to do with a preview build of the dashboard or something
along those lines.
