My Xbox One S won't connect to the internet

My Xbox One S console won't connect to the internet.

It started on Monday of this week. I came home and turned on the console, decided to play. But ran into a problem. When the console turned on, I saw on the main screen the inscription: Connect to the Xbox network. I went into the settings to connect, but saw that the console could not find my WiFi network, although it always saw it. I decided to turn on the access point on the phone, but I didn’t see her console either, she didn’t see any network at all. Writes that some kind of wireless connection is connected

The console even just does not disconnect from the network, I press this button and it does not want to disconnect. I moved her to another room where there was a router, but even there she did not see him. I decided to connect the Internet by wire and it connected. But she still didn't want to disconnect.

I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube, not a single method helped, but I don’t want to reset the console.

When I wanted to reset the MAC Address, after the reset, the console offered to reboot the system, but it did not want to reboot. I decided to reboot through the gamepad, but it still did not help. I don't know what to do, I've tried everything I can.
