My XBOX One S won´t connect to the internet, even though my internet is working just fine.

I just ran a connection test and it says that from the xbox to my network is working but it showed an error when my network was connecting to the internet. my internet and router is working fine though

I am having a similar problem, my xbox CAN connect to the router, but can't connect to the Internet, I've tried the suggestions on turning it off then back on and it isn't working even though my computer works on the Internet just fine. I've also tried turning
off my PC the let it connect, but to no prevail.

The Xbox One doesn´t support external HDD´s yet. You have to join Xbox Live with your gamertag, after that you can download your gamertag on the Xbox One. Can´t you connect your Xbox 360 with a wire to your router? If not you can use a Xbox 360 of a friend
with an internet connection.

same for me right now i tried every single thing but it won't connect even though my internet is working just fine and it is wired connection....it worked just fine yesterday i have no clue why it won't work now

Well it works fine on a different internet (at my sisters home) but I'd much rather not change my own internet plan, so unless there is a way to make it work with my internet my Xbox One is officially useless.

I just don't understand why everything worked just fine before June and everything still works fine except installing and updating games, system updates for the Xbox One download just fine though.
