It is possible that the console may have a fault in its components.

Is it hot, any noise? Maybe it is overheated. Try to put it on good, ventilated place, try to put some compressed air into it, try different power cable.

Since you already tried a lot of things and nothing fixed it, I'd only suggest you to perform an offline update on your console:

If the offline update still does not fix it, I'd say your console is faulty and needs to be serviced. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.
