My xbox one s starts to smoke

It needs to be repaired or replaced. There is no easy fix for a smoking console.

open a repair ticket on https://support.xbox.com/ or buy a new one. Do not turn on again because is dangerous.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and send it in for repair (if have it) or get brand new one

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

select your Xbox

check that it is registered

if it isn't select register device

then select start service online

You need to send it in for repair or buy a new one. Do not turn it back on, and please unplug it from the wall. This is a fire hazard.
