My xbox one s started making a really weird noise, crashed and won't connect to my hdmi anymore

My console has not been dropped or moved, it is unable to output video and consistently makes a printing sound

My Xbox doesn't make any noises when I'm playing system games like Minecraft or Doritos Crash Course but when I insert my disks into the console it makes a weird vibrating noise and doesn't read the disk. Any suggestions?

hhhmmm weird. I turning my xbox vertically for a second. Then back to horizontal and it doesn't make the noise on dashboard anymore. I cant tell if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
