    Xbox One Will Not Display on 1080p

    People help the council! Xbox One S - starts only in 640 x 480 mode. All tried, at home three telecoms all 4K UHD, on one does not want to translate a signal 640 x 480 in 4K or 1080P. - the write action did not work (in the image setup menu). Restart two
    buttons "Xbox" and "Eject" for 10 seconds did - does not help! Cables HDMI changed - a sense of zero. Auto detection - in additional settings it costs. Resetting the settings to the factory did not help. OSU1 - stitched - did not help.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your console is unable to display a picture when it is set to a high resolution, but it does display a picture when the quality is significantly lower. We have a support article which provides
    support for a
    television displaying a blank screen     while the Xbox One is on. Have you attempted to use the console with the same HDMI cable on a different television? Which troubleshooting steps have you attempted thus far? Be sure to let us know the results!

    Hey there, are you sure that your the TV/Monitor you are using supports higher resolution?
