My Xbox One S keeps on turning off after a minute

Yep. No affect.

The xbox one has updates sometimes when the console is off. Does the drive keep spinning for more than 10 minutes after you turn off the console?

Also, does the drive park when the console turns off? And it keeps spinning?

This points to either an overheating issue, or a power supply failure. (relevant support article)

If ventilating the console doesn't help, the console will likely need to be exchanged or repaired. Since you only bought it a couple months ago, it should still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty (standard one year). First

I'm sorry to hear that your console is shutting down after 2 minutes. This is usually a sign of a failing internal power supply caused by a possible power outage or by plugging it into a surge protector. Have you tried a

power cycle? Leave the console completely unplugged for at least 5 minutes and then plug it into a wall outlet and try again.

I cleaned out the fans but there is still some stuff stuck on there, I think thats what might be it because the fan also makes grinding sounds

Make sure the vents are all free of dust and debris. If is still shuts down then you should contact
Xbox Support and set it up for a repair.
