Here's a quick troubleshooting step I suggest is to clear the console's mac address.

• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart

You don't happen to have your profile residing on another console or does someone else have access to it, if so and they sign in it will sign you out automatically and ask you to re sign in again.

It's plugged directly into the wall and I tried that troubleshooting that was suggested and it said there was a problem with the results.
