My xbox one s keeps freezing

For a couple of weeks now my xbox has been freezing really badly i first noticed that the time it uses to come on start getting longer afterwards the games started to crash upon opening them saying it took too long to start soon after the games started
freezing not for too long at first i saw some videos where rest where power cycles where recommend that didn't fix it afterwards i reset the xbox and that solved the long boot time but the games still froze up and crashed after which i reset the console removing
even my digital games and still no luck i have tried clearing persistent storage clearing alternate mac address removing my profile noting works the memory space is good it isn't over heating and know wired sounds are been made i also do not use an external
hard drive and still theirs no improvement in fact the boot time has started to lag again the game i play the most is fifa 20 i don't know if that could be a factor ANY suggestions

My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
for more than 15 minutes.

please help.

My large games keep freezing on my Xbox One S - I've cleared the cache, restarted the games, nothing seems to make any difference. It happens especially on Skyrim and Pinball FX3, which are fairly large games.

If you do have this problem and the previous troubleshooting steps did not help, then I would recommend going ahead repair order from Xbox Support.

You can either set one up on our
Device Support online portal, or you can go directly to
customer support and have an agent help you out with that.

If nothing works, try to contact seller and get replacement. maybe it is factory issue.
