My Xbox One S keeps doing very strange things.

Hello Microsoft, and those replying, today I wanted to address an issue that my Xbox One S has lately been having. Sometimes, when I turn my Xbox One S on, it play's the turn on sound and immediately play's the turn off sound. The two outcomes of this are
1. Turning on with a black screen that either does or doesn't progress to the sign in screen
or
2. Turns on with no sound coming from the TV and the power button fading in and out of black and white.

It two or three days in a row, causing me to become a bit concerned. Eventually, it stopped for 2 days, but of course there's always a plot twist because today, when I first turned it on, it had this weird motorbike sound come from the fan area. It then stopped when I got onto the sign in screen.

Sometimes I have to restart the console to even play on it because of the black screen, but the weirder thing is that I touch the power button for 1 second or less and it thinks that it's restarting.

Hopefully someone answers, Microsoft or not, because I feel like my Xbox One S is going to die, losing all of the data unless I buy a new Xbox, though I probably won't.
1. The fact that I'll have to buy a new Xbox JUST to play my games all over again is just petty
2. I honestly lost a bit of trust when my Xbox 360 E got the red ring of death (0033) last February. However, even though I've not fixed my 360, I still want to fix it, but the fact that my Xbox One S is having issues almost a year later is really concerning.
3. I'm considering switching to PlayStation or Nintendo. The fact that my Xbox One S is having issues only after 2 or 3 years later, compared to my Xbox 360 E which never had concerning issues until 6 years later, just proves that Microsoft's consoles aren't the best.

It might sound like I'm bashing Microsoft to the point where I hate them, but in full reality I really respect them. It's just that I'm slowly losing trust and thinking about moving on.
