My Xbox One S Is Running... A little slow...

About 2 days ago, I booted up my Xbox One, The Green screen with the caption "Xbox One" Appeared, considering the Xbox was never unplugged, After that, it went to a gray screen, I restarted it, It did it again, today, I tried it and it worked.. For a little bit, now that the Xbox is "On" The games or apps won't work, there's a rare chance it works, but then if it does work, it takes an extremely long time to open, I've looked at some tutorials, And they haven't worked, So, I've came here to ask for help from Microsoft themselves, Basically what I'm Asking Is... What do I do?

If there is an external hard drive connected to the console now, turn off your console then disconnect the external hard drive, turn it on without it, and see if you can play any games without any issues. If that step doesn't work, please try the steps below to sort out the issue.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Kindly check if there is a pending system update for your console.

Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings.

Select System > Updates & downloads.

Under "Updates", you'll see: Console update available. Select this button to begin your update.

Solution 3: Do a factory reset

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Thinking about it, i just straight up might not be able to play MP on Forza. Real slow connection and all. For reference I am running on an Xbox One S.

yeah, its still not working, my xbox live running, so i don't know why it wont update :S and its still really slow.

It takes between 3-5 minutes to turn off and on. After I tap a button on my controller it takes a min maybe longer to respond. I cant play any games however I did an update and I also factory reset it. There are multiple
codes that come up but one of them is 0x800705b4
