    my Xbox one s internal hard drive is dead


    Hello, my hard drive on my Xbox one s died without restoration and my warranty ended and i don't have enough money to buy new Xbox, is there any way I can make it work again? Also external hard drive didn't solved the problem and even offline update

    may not be the harddrive, could be the HDMI port or the HDMI controller, take it to a local repair store, Microsoft will charge more for a repair or they will swap for a refurb.

    If you are in the UK then take to the retailer you purchased from and invoke CRA (consumer rights act) then you will get charged £60 for them to examine and if not physical damage and is a manufacturing fault or gone faulty when it should not have you get a refund and a free repair or replacement.

    If the power supply of your console is good, then I would say your console is really faulty and need to be serviced. I'm really sorry about this, my friend.
