My Xbox one s had problems on the first day.

1 I clicked the eject button but the CD would not come out. It was like this for some time but was resolved yet I still am not sure about it.

2. It did not show anything on my TV. Just a black screen

So should I return/exchange my Xbox one s

if you purchased it recently i would return it as it sounds faulty, any issues with a new device i would be returning instantly

1.- Check if it doesn't have something stuck or some sticker in the inbox, if eato doesn't work, don't force it.

2.-Check if all cables are well connected and not damaged

If this does not work, it is best that you speak to where you bought it to exchange it or receive a refund

Idk yet cause I have owned both playstation and xbox and this is the first issue I have had with xbox. I really like the one x but I'm not one to have reoccurring problems like this I never had any problems with my one s .

Yeah had the same problem for the first 3 days , but it has sorted it s self out now .
