    I have a problem with with my xbox when i on xbox for update it goes to the verification complete step restarting during restart xbox one s off and never on automatically then i on xbox update starts from 0 percent i try mny times but still same problem

    Hi Arahm!

    When you turn your console on manually, does it ask you to update it again? Do you have an option to choose a different network? If there's one, try to connect to a different network like your mobile data hotspot and start the update again.

    Unable to startup Xbox One S

    Hi,

    My Xbox One S was unable to startup, so I tried to perform Offline System Update using USB drive.

    But during offline update using USB, step 1 and step 2 went successful. But during step 3 (42%), it goes into continuous loop of restarting and updating from (34% - 42%) and restarts and try again. This is in continuous loop.

    Please help what to do now.
