    My xbox one S dont downloand any games with my home network but with my secondary network...


    So my Xbox One S that i have for 3 years just started yesterday getting stucked at downloading/updating games and the microsoft store update to but i tried with an different network and it worked just fine my NAT type is open... So i dont know what to do i restarted it and cleaned the cache-

    Hi, you can skip the offline update in this case
    I suggest it just to cover everything from your side

    I can suggest you other thing, this is change your network SSID and password
    Once changed verify if the issue persist . If yes, please reach your ISP to see if something in your router config is blocking the Xbox connection

    In this case please reach your ISP to see if something in your router config is blocking the Xbox connection
