My Xbox one s doesn't want to launch the Microsoft store

Assuming that you have tried launching the Microsoft Store before and it worked fine, and you're not experiencing any error messages, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

1. Restart your Xbox One S: Sometimes, a simple restart can be as well a good possible option as well. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the Power Center. Select "Restart console" and confirm.

2. Power Cycle your Xbox One S: Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn on your console again.

3. Clear the cache of the Microsoft Store: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to "Settings" > "All settings" > "System" > "Storage" > "Clear local saved games". This will clear the cache of the Microsoft Store.

4. Check for updates: Make sure that your Xbox One S is up to date with the latest system updates. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to "Settings" > "All settings" > "System" > "Updates & downloads" > "Console update available". If there is an update available, select "Update console".

5. Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Store: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to "My games & apps" > "See all" > "Apps" > "Microsoft Store" > "Menu" button on your controller > "Uninstall". After uninstalling, go to the Microsoft Store page on your Xbox One S and reinstall it.

And if the sort factory reset doesn't make the error stop long term? I'd really rather not have to deal with sending my Xbox One to Microsoft's repair center, that's why I inquired about the One X and would like to know if the One X is less prone to crashing
and errors than the One S is? Furthermore I've got an in store warranty on my One S through Gamestop, but the store manager is willing to work out a special deal for me if i tell him that I want to upgrade to the One X

I have Xbox one x, want to buy GTA v for Xbox one x|s for $39.99

When hovering over the buy button in Microsoft store on GTA v series x|s a small text bar appears saying. This is not playable on this device.

I have Xbox one x.

But the store says GTA v series x|s is not playable on my Xbox one x.

Having same error code on every game I launch. Note, this is only happening on my Xbox One X. The Xbox One S doesn't have this issue.
