    My Xbox one S crashing during startup


    About 2 months ago my xbox one S started acting up(Crashing and freezing during gameplay)And so I had factory reset it a bunch of times. After doing this for a while, It got to the point where it wont even reach the main menu and has errors whenever I start it up.

    I've tried offline system updates, hard resets/power cycles and searched everywhere but still no solution. The main issue is Now it wont even get past the setup so I'm stuck.

    Has anyone else faced this same issue? If so what was the cause and how did you eventually get past it?

    Based on what you've reported, it is likely that your console's hard drive might have some problems, and it likely has to be replaced (just that part). If the console can't load the Xbox Dashboard and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, that indicates and issue with the HD unit. This happens when the console is heavily used and/or ages. Just a replacement of the hard drive and then you apply an offline update and the issue should be resolved.

    This was the first thing I attempted. Ive even reinstalled games, moved them from external HDD to internal HDD and vice versa. Same results. Also preformed a factory reset ( non usb method )

    This issue still persists.
