My Xbox one s controller’s RB button barely works

I tried it out on gamepad tester and on the Xbox Accessories app but it didn’t work and then it randomly worked then returned to not working, what should I do

Sorry you're going through this. You may want to try the steps provided here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne.... Kindly power cycle your console first before trying your controller again. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Goatsnatcher, thanks for your reply. But if you have read my previous posts you would know that this is not the problem.

My RB works just fine, click and everything. My LB barely makes a sound, and only reacts when pushed hard down. My RB is very sensitive, while my LB makes allmost no sound and has to be pushed hard to react.

On my other controller it is the opposite button.
