    Got the new update. Now my controllers won't sync!

    You say "they". So are there more than one wireless controller doing this? Are they authentic Microsoft controllers? Any chance the batteries are just near dead in the controller(s)?

    Have you tried with other pair of bateries? have you checked plug in to Pc or Xbox via usb cable?

    hello. When did you purchase the control? you could check if it has 3 months ago, is possible send it to warranty
