My Xbox One S Cloud Beta Screen Issue

Since the last console update on my Xbox One S, I cannot select any games either downloaded of my own or placed as a disc into the drive.

I am simply stuck on the Cloud Gaming Beta screen and can only scroll the games displayed there endlessly.

Pressing the Xbox home button does nothing anymore and I cannot get to my own library.

Can somebody please advise what's going on? My console was working fine up to this point.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

All the dlc for ac2 on my screen is in msp`s.

Got past the white screen and had started streaming Forza Horizon 4, but I have got performance lags, so it’s the Internet Speed that’s the issue.

OR

It’s because Xbox Cloud Gaming is within the Beta Stage, so all errors are not fixed until the full release of Xbox Cloud Gaming.

OR

It could be the mobile device itself, not being fully capable of playing Xbox Games.

Apologies for the delayed reply! On your Xbox 360 console, do you still have the Gears of War 3 beta save file when you check your save files? If so, try

syncing that save to the cloud and launch Gears of War 3 on your Xbox One console to check if the skins appear. Be sure to check Gears of War 3's 'Manage game' screen to see if any additional content appears in 'Ready to install'.

If you do not have the Gears of War 3 beta save on your Xbox 360, unfortunately the skins will not work on the Xbox One. We are unable to provide this content if this is the case.

It's an issue with Forza, the Cloud and DLC cars and tracks. If you attempt to use any of the DLC you get stuck in a load screen which requires a hard reboot to launch any other games after leaving Forza.

Only official announcement has been from Turn 10 confirming it's a Cloud issue. Some have said it's only beta preview people having the issue, others claim they are having the issue and aren't in the beta.

It's been happening for 4 days now.
