: My Xbox One s cant obtain Teredo Ip address

Yes it does support 4&6 but its not enabled

Does your router support IPv6 and if so is it enabled on it?

Sadly didnt work. I want to note that this issue is also in my pc so is it a setting in my router?

Have you tried doing a hard reset? If not, follow these steps:

Hold down xbox power button on the actual xbox for 8 seconds, and once its off, unplug the power cord for 5 minutes, and replug it back in and turn it on.

If that doesnt work, please follow these steps:

1. Sign out of your xbox one account(s)

2. Power off your console

3. Unplug EVERY cord from the xbox one

4. Do a 2 minute timer

5. Once 2 minutes is up, plug all cords back in and turn on xbox one

6. Head to settings>Network>Test multiplayer connection

Hi, sounds to me like they both trying to connect to the same IP address. I would just leave one the way it is and just Rest the other one to the factory default and obtain another IP address.
