My xbox-one reads some games, others do not, maybe someone can help me, knowledges are ...

(First I'm belgian, sorry for my maybe not good english)

My xbox one recognizes some game discs and some do not, I'll explain: When I insert some games in my xbox one, they are not recognized,
reading seems to begin, but nothing happens after as if I had nothing inserted (no game icon)
while others are read and function perfectly.

I guess my disc player has a problem but I compared the game discs that are played with those that are not (they are all in perfect condition, and sometimes new, right after the purchase).

I saw common points in the numbered indications on the disks, just around the center, reading side, here are the concrete details on differences i see:

3 games i can read:

GTA 5 :

0000287E-L0 36

0000287E-L1 32

Assassin's creed origins:

000075A7-L0 21

000075A7-L1 25

Witcher 3 wild hunt:

00002B85-L0 01

00002B85-L1 01

3 games i can NOT read

DragonBall xenoverse 2:

00002BEE-A 02

The Sims 4:

000075CE-A 02

Fifa 15:

0000010F-A 05

You can see like me differences, only one line of number on games i can not read, letter A and not L(number) on these too. And this comparison works for alls games i have problems with and all i don't have.

So if you know what these numbers and references mean and why my reader do not work with ,and if you can simply explain to me what i can do by myself, it would be very nice. Thank you by advance.
