My xbox one out of nowhere can't read the disc games

I was playing assassin's creed origins and for some reason it started making a noise but only at the game. i turned off the console and when i turned it on and tried to play the game it couldn't load (or read the disc maybe). i tried a different disc to
see if it'd load but the same thing happened again. Then i clicked a game that it was downloaded via the store and it loaded fine. what's the problem and how i fix it?

My xbox wont read mw2 i'll get into a free for fall get half threw the game then out of nowhere it will say your disc is unreadable.

Mw3&Mw2 Unrecognized Disc/Open Tray

Yeah I might try a lens cleaning disc. I just think to rule out bad software because the games have worked before for over a month in the same xbox / disc reader without problems and it came out of nowhere for both of them.

Hello! There's no message, just a black screen. The game is downloaded onto the internal drive but i don't think this is the problem because the same black screen happens with every disc i insert. The console can load only the games i downloaded with a code
from the store.

Hello! Well apart from assassin's creed origins i tried assassin's creed the ezio collection and assassin's creed syndicate (fan of the franchise as you can tell ). Those are the only 3 game that i have in a disc form. I also have assassin''s creed
unity and assassin's creed black flag but they're downloaded via redeemed code and they run perfectly. As for the movies i've never used the console for that matter so i have no idea. i'll check the link for the blank screen guide and i let you know!
