My Xbox one not showing on "Install to a device" yet does show on my devices

I enabled it for testing purpose but it still does not show up and i don't see why it wouldn't work if i had my xbox one s turned on it should still be able to remote install then right ?

Anyway could it be some privacy setting if so which one ? I also noticed in another url being https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content it does not show my xbox one s yet in https://account.microsoft.com/devices/
it does show it maybe that's the cause ? if so how can i fix this (i updated screenshot in original post, it only shows my pc's and i find the last app install date also very weird i can't imagine not having installed any new apps since 2017 on my main PC-DAVY-LENOVO

My mistake, i failed to mention it was the version 2. Also it doesn't work wired or wireless with my pc. Pc doesn't see it wia Bluetooth and says that device has faied to be recognized. Yet works fine with the Xbox.

Gotcha, does it show up under device manager as failed device (or not working) Control Panel > Device Manager (will like appear under Human Interface Devices). If it does, try uninstalling it from there and removing drivers and try installing it again.

Yes I am sure it's the same account on both console and website, when i click install on my devices and choose my xbox one, it tell me "we're attempting to install on you selected device(s)" but it doesn't show up on queue through the xbox one.

That shouldn't matter, I have a gold subscription and therefore should be able to use my account on both devices. My gamer tag on the 360 shows no subscription but does show one on the Xbox one. As stated above, my wife's account shows the gold subscription
active on the 360 as we share devices, which it should.

So the question remains, why is all of a sudden my account won't work on the 360?
