My Xbox One Menu is Broken, can't move, keep jumping back (video)

As per subject:

I can only freely move accross the top menu an stay with first tile highlighted. From this I practically can't move anywhere as you can see on the video. It keeps jumping back (checked on two different controllers, same issue).

If it's some kind of strange user interface bug how do I reset or do some kind of hard restart to fix it?

I can never see all my games in my games as well but I always thought this is just because Xbox menu interface is so bad, but honestly for rarely use xbox with probably about only 6 games played they should be there and not just random 3 of them (I need
to search them and open through Store as if I was buying them again).

So maybe some kind of reset or update or rather downgrade would help.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're have trouble with your consoles interface. I recommend trying a soft factory reset to address the problem plus it should help with your other problems you were describing.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. I recommend you use the "Keep my Games & Apps" options first.

Note: you will need to have access to your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover your profile after the reset.

Unfortunately because I cant navigate in the menu I obviously cant access those options to reset the console from the menu.

Is there any other way to update or fix the system or has anyone experienced anything like this?

OK, its working again after holding for 10sec xbox button to restart.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. Have you also tried using a different controller?

Please perform a powercycle on your Xbox console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

oh so clever there kiddy except if you go back through my posts I don't "whine and complain" about "everything about the xbox one" and you obviously go through and make excuses about everything against the xbox one. See i can prove my title for you, cept
you cant prove yours for me. Also on a side note its BROKEN if it doesnt work and its in the menus..stop arguing just to argue...its BROKEN, accept it, move on.
