    I got a Wi-Fi extender to see if my Xbox was out of range but I keep having the same issue. I’ve tried multiple different solutions; hard resetting my console, wiping everything off my console and then uploading it all on again, cleared MAC address, manually entering MAC address. Nothing works and it keeps happening. It goes through stages of working one day and then the next won’t connect no matter how hard i try. Any suggestions?

    I've been having this same problem for a few days now. My Xbox refuses to connect to Live even though it connects to the internet just fine and the internet works. Now today this update keeps popping up and I try to download it, but I keep getting this error
    code.

    Is iy possible to connect the xbox with a network cable directly to the router?

    I would highly reccomend using a ethernet cable directly from the lan port of the xbox into the lan port of the router. If the console is far away from the router, then you can experience network drops or slow speeds. A ethernet connection will be the strongest
