    My xbox one keeps disconnecting need help!


    My Xbox one disconnects from the wifi at random times, and i have to wait for about a week for it to be added back on it again. But sometimes i t doesn't get added back on so i have to turn off my wifi and turn it back on, but still doesn't do anything.
    and tried messing with the buttons and still nothing. This been going on for months already, and it sometimes connects and i get to play for a week and then it disconnects again and have to wait. My xbox one keeps disconnecting need help! :(

    Network problems

    my Xbox one keeps randomly disconnecting from my network however my network is fine. Please help me find a solution if you can.

    Can you send us your NAT type and a photo of your network stats: Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics?

    Are you seeing connection issues if you connect the console via Ethernet?
