My xbox one isn't showing on any tv even with the change of hdmi wires. How do I fix that?

May I know if you tried to power cycle your console?
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If yes, as the issue is happening even with a different HDMI cord and TV, sadly your console needs to get inspected and repaired in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used

I have the same problem, I can't see the xbox in my tv. I tried with others hdmi ports and wires, even I used another Tv, but not image.

Micrsoft told me that I have to send my new Xbox one to German to fix the problem. AMAZING. Tomorrow the courier pick the parcel up.

Hi I'm having the same problem with my xbox and hdmi,

month or so ago i bought a new TV and the older tv went in my room. I know its not the hdmi cable as the cables works with my blueray player on both tv's, with the xbox how ever the hdmi will work on my old tv not the new one which is really frustrating.

I have tried eveything i;m open to any suggestions on how to fix it. one yv is a samsung and other is an lg

I had a similar problem it came down to inadequate work on my tv the solder wasnt good enuf so my connection from console to tv was failing i had to get a new tv but if it is this problem then it is easy to fix i you no how to solder

It's definitely the Xbox One X as I've tried an Xbox One S using the same HDMI cable in the same HDMI port on the TV. I've even tried other devices using HDMI in the 3 HDMI TV ports, all work. So it's not a TV fault. Thanks for the reply though.

So the video performance trouble shooter and hard wiring to 720p output fixes audio problems? I'll work through the steps but its strange that I can unplug the HDMI from xbox one in and plug into my tv directly and I get audio without changing anything.
