    My Xbox One is not connecting to the Internet. Or so it says it is.


    For the past week, my xbox has been not connecting to the Internet. It keeps saying "check your connection and try again". Every time I try diconnecting my xbox, or turning the Internet off for 30 seconds, nothing happens and it just stays the same. Also,
    if I test my network connection it says I'm connected but if I test my multiplayer connection, it says it can't be completed. What do I do?

    Is anyone else having the same problem today with their xbox one not connecting to xbox live? My xbox says your internet is fine but it won't specify why it won't connect. My internet is completely fine. Also the screen is freezing.
