My xbox one is making a loud noise that sounds exactly like a vacuum

make sure all your vents are clean and that your xbox is well ventilated. if it is in a confined space or has dusty vents the fans will work harder which in turn makes the console louder.

if the above is not the case are you connected to the wall or via extension lead or surge protector. connecting to the wall will make sure your xbox gets the full power it needs.

My Xbox One X does the same thing (only when playing certain games) however my Xbox has been perfectly fine.

I wouldn't worry honestly, however it couldn't hurt to keep an eye on it.

it could be a ventilation problem.
