my xbox one is connected to the internet but my games don’t connect to the online servers

Thank you for your response and I totally understand. The next step you should do is to perform a port forwarding in order to open your network connection server to Xbox servers.

Port forwarding for Xbox is done on your router or other network hardware, not on the Xbox console itself.

In order to proceed, please set the following Xbox ports on your router:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

my nat is open and it’s still isn’t working

i have tried that that doesent work it say a have a good connection and i tested the nat type still it says it’s perfectly fine it’s just not working i can’t connect to servers

I'm sorry you are experiencing any trouble right now. No worries, I'm here to help you. If I may ask, have you both tried using wired and wireless internet connection to your Xbox One console?

I understand, you can still perform port-forwarding even if the NAT type is open to ensure the connection of the network and Xbox servers are successful.

However if you're able to check your Xbox port forwarding and everything is set, the next troubleshooting step that you will do is to have you clear your alternate mac address on your console.

Here's the following instructions:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings

Select Advanced Settings

Select Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear

Then please restart your console and try to play your online games again.
