    My Xbox one have problems


    I spent all day with my Xbox one trying to get it working, but I had no luck. Its been freezing on the green startup screen, the home menu, and when I press the Xbox button on the controller, the side bar thing won't even load up right. I don't know what's
    going on or what to do. I tried to disconnect my internet, I got lucky and I did it, but its still freezing now I'm trying to connect again I can't even make it either it freezes on the start up or on the dash board. If anyone know what to do please tell me.

    Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

    I am have problems with my xbox one disconnecting from xbox live and when it does that it forces me to do a hard reset on my wireless router to get everything up and running again. I don't have this problem with my other consoles is there something wrong with my xbox one wireless signal or what so I do to fix this problem?

    Have you changed the mac address on your Xbox One? Did you set the Xbox 1 to a static Ip in your router? What have you done so far to try and solve the problem ?

    I've been having the same issues, and talking to support just tells me to do a factory reset, then in fine for a few days up to a week then same issues again. Clearly it is only a temporary fix and they cant tell you a real fix to the problem.

    I have the same problem. I can boot, but cannot login with my account -- it just times out. As soon as I do that, or anything else, the very next thing I do will time out saying "It's taking too long to ____." For example, try to login, it will fail,
    then go to Settings... Settings will not come up, and the console crashes or times out. I cannot even shut the darn thing down - if I want to turn it off, I need to unplug it. I tried an offline update, no luck. I've tried everything they say I should do
    short of a full factory reset (because I would prefer not to lose everything on the machine) but now it looks like, from other people's experience, that doesn't make any difference. Very disappointed. This thing is WORTHLESS.

    Let me add that my XBox was rock solid for years until recently, then little issues started creeping up, and now, probably in the span of just a couple months, the unit is totally useless.

    Let me add that my XBox was rock solid for years until recently, then little issues started creeping up, and now, probably in the span of just a couple months, the unit is totally useless.

    Having Problems with my XBox One.

    Hey there DepthCore can you boot up the console connect it to a HDMI and to a Tv and let it sit for a whole hour uninterrupted thanks. I recommend the same for you 'I GOTYANOW' if it still persists boot up the console and as soon as you think it should be
    fully booted (Estimate of 2-5 Minutes) Hold the power button on it until it shuts down unplug it from the HDMI and Power supply wait an additional 5 minutes then plug it in again.

    Having Problems with my XBox One.

    I need help with my Xbox One. I tried hard resetting it but still doesn't solve the problem. The problem is that my Xbox One is connected to the Internet, according to the Network module. Yes, I tested it. I'd launch to home and see that it still has that
    "Connect to Xbox Live" message and I can't even play any of my games installed because I have to be connected. I don't want to do a factory reset if possible, I don't have an external hard drive to backup my games and I don't really want to download the games
    again, since it's a pain to wait for it to download. I don't know if it's my router, it works fine with other devices. It'd be a pain if I were to buy another Xbox One.

    Having Problems with my XBox One.

    Hello can anyone help me. I have the same sort of problem out the blue my xbox would no connect to my tv i have tried a different tv and a different HDMI cable. It eventually got to the green screen once after ten mins of waiting but now it just stays on
    the blank screen with no signal on the tv. When i turn my xbox one on the power comes on the power pack light is white but the power button on the console brightens up then fades and it does that continuously. It sounds like the console is trying to power
    up but cant. Can anybody help.
