    My Xbox one has degraded audio after the latest update please help


    After installing the Latest Insider Update, my Audio is just static and very faint music or In-game sounds can be heard.

    No sound coming from XBOX

    After installing the latest update on 10/11/11 my Xbox has no sound. Even when trying to play a movie, nothing. Please help me to fix this problem. Also I have tried using different audio settings and still nothing.

    Help. No sound from Comcast television whatsoever...

    I have my Comcast routed through my XBOX ONE via HDMI pass through. Although the XBOX ONE works perfectly and has great audio, my Comcast does not have any audio whatsoever.

    Please help me troubleshoot this!

    So, let's try this:

    If your console is a digital version, try this way:

    1. Turn off your Xbox completely by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

    2. Press and hold the Sync button.

    3. Press the power button, and keep holding the Sync button.

    4. Keep holding the Sync button, until the troubleshooting menu appears.

    5. Select the option "restore this xbox" and choose keep my games and apps.

    If your console is not a digital version (Has the disc reader)

    1. Turn off your Xbox completely by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

    2. Press and hold the Sync and Eject buttons.

    3. Press the power button, and keep holding the Sync and Eject buttons together.
