my xbox one has bin hacked and cant log in to my gamer tag and they have changed the email...

is the chat though Skype or just text chat

but as ive said he has changed the email and password for the gamer tag so I can log in to it at all

ive tried that it only say chat with xbox support which I have tried but it never connects
