My xbox one freezes in home page

My xbox one freezes in home page, if I press the guide button it makes the screen go darker and it won't do anything else.

Cant purchase anything off the store

It won't even load the page on my xbox, it just freezes, no error code no nothing. I have to back out to the home screen.

 

Transformers rise of the dark spark won't work with my gamertag

this game will not allow my gamertag to play online. 30 seconds into starting the game it freezes and goes to the home page. if i use my girlfriends gamertag it works just fine. I use another Xbox one and inhale the same results. Please help.

 

Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

Hard reset/power cycle always fixes it for me.

2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
