Problema de Conectividad Control Elite Xbox (Connectivity Problem Control Elite Xbox)

    Hello again Rodrigo,

Have you by any chance attempted to connect the controller directly to the PC through a wired connection?

As well, you have mentioned that the controller that came with the Xbox One console is recognized on the PC, but that the elite controller is not recognized at all on the PC. This same elite controller, does it have any issues with connecting to the Xbox
    One console?

Clarify this information and we'll await your reply.

    Best wishes!

My xbox one elite controller will not connect to my pc using a wire.

Hello Matthew D, My name is Khaji I am an independent advisor and I will be happy to help you today.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems when trying to connect your Xbox One Elite controller to your PC using a cable.

Make sure you are using a USB cable compatible with the Xbox One Elite controller. Some cables may be for charging only and do not support data transmission. Be sure to use a cable that supports data transfer.

Also try connecting the controller to different USB ports on your PC. Some USB ports may have connection issues or may not provide enough power for the controller. Test both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports to rule out compatibility issues.

Update drivers and have the latest drivers for the Xbox One Elite controller installed on your PC. You can visit the Microsoft website or use Windows Device Manager to check for driver updates.

If after trying the steps above the controller still does not connect, try connecting it to another PC to check if the problem is related to the controller or your specific computer. If it works on another PC, it could indicate that the problem is with your PC and not with the driver.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! If you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Connect xbox elite controller to PC

The elite controller doesn't have bluetooth so unless you have a MS wireless receiver connected to your PC, no way you are getting a wireless connection between your PC and controller.

You can use a wired connection or use one of the newer controllers who do have bluetooth.

    Elite Controller 2 Bluetooth issues

My elite 2 when connected to PC via bluetooth loses connection and I am also experiencing sudden frame rate drops which I do not see when playing it with wired or keyboard or mouse. I did not had any issues with Elite 1 which connected via a usb
dongle. I updated the controller and the bluetooth feature is broken. Anyone got it to work on PC via bluetooth without any issues?
exactly the same issue here, have no problem with using my xbox one s controller on PC, but lots of disconnections and frame rate drops with elite 2

Cant connect Xbox One controller Wired to PC Windows 10

    Hello,

Recently I forgot my Elite V2 at home which I used to play on my PC everyday, so now I am trying to use a old Xbox One S controller.

My issue is, that even though I can connect to my PC with the Elite V2, i cannot with the One Controller, even though it receives power to the PC via a wired connection.

Im thinking that the controller needs a software update, but even on the Xbox Accessories App, the controller does not appear, nor does it on my device panel.

I've changed cables, ports, update & reset the PC, updated possible drivers and the whole shebang.

Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated,

    -H
depending on how old the controller's software is you might have to update it on console before you can update it on windows
