My Xbox One Elite Controller just purchased a game i already own from marketplace ...

So i Was browsing the sale stuff and put my Elite controller down to let dog out , when i came back it had dragon age on the screen and as i picked my controller up it was stuck in a busy mode ... a few seconds later i realise it had somehow pressed on dragon
age inquisition, pressed again to buy and again to confirm, cause of these dang paddles on this controller . I have the A button on my paddles, for use in a few diff games ... I usually remember to turn paddles off when im not using them, but i had only just
not long turned the xbox on and hadnt thought to turn the stilly things off.....

Realising what may have happened checked my balance and yep had come down from $70 to 46 , spending $24 on a game I already own thru EA Access . I even just paid for all the DLC for DAI only within the past week so hoping I can somehow get a refund of this
purchase . ?

I cant believe this happened , was just about to buy something else too ... and now guess that wont be happening ...

Do MS ever refund ?

I purchased mine from Amazon Uk. Just typed 'xbox one elite controller charging stand'. I think it's the first item that comes up
