    My Xbox One doesn't want to remove everything


    I tryed everything to fix the problems with my Xbox One. My box restart (Even with a Usb, it doesn't work) and try to repair. But stop, and restart. Everytime, I come back on the screen "Restart this box or Troubleshoot". I did it with or without USB like
    fifty times. What can I do ?

    removing payment methods

    so i want to add my new card to my account but i want to remove the others first, now why does it seem to act so flawlessly when adding a payment method via the website or xbox live but when you want to remove one neither works, it rarely worked on the old
    site either, its abit odd & frustrating how everything seems to work fine apart from the remove payment option.

    Child Account?

    My son's xbox account is under his fathers family. His father is refusing to remove him from his family. Is there any way to remove my sons account so that he can be added to my family instead on my xbox one. He has had his account for a couple of years
    and doesn't want to have to create a new one. Any help would be appreciated.

    Game Won't Delete From Game History

    Just to clairfy, I have no achievements on the game. I am aware of it being in my download history, but I just want to remove it so it doesn't mess up my game completion score. And after re-downloading it, installing the update for it, then removing everything
    associated with the game and clearing the cache, it is still appearing in my game history.

    That doesn't make any sense. So, what you're saying is the new owner wants to play Iron Brigade, and I remove anything and everything to do with my account, they still can't play it? Gotta love that corporate greed.

    I had no issues until yesterday. Everything was playing correctly with no problem. Nothing has been added or removed. Regarding file structures, the xbox one doesn't recognise what I do have, I have to select the all video option, to see anything on my NAS.

    I had zero issues with my 360...*** xbox one...
