    My Xbox One disconnects from Xbox live when I restart the console


    My Xbox One disconnects from Xbox live almost every time when I restart the console. I'm connected to the internet with a cable. I've tried restarting the console again and it didn't help. Also tried restarting the router and it still doesn't work. Then I usually just turn off the console and leave it for a few hours and the internet comes back. Did anybody also had this problem and how did you manage to fix it? I don't have my kinect pluged in cause I never used it so I unpluged it and stored it somwhere else if that could be the root of the problem.

    How do I stay on Xbox Live if my Xbox 360 is turned off

    When I am connected to Xbox Live and I decide to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, then I am disconnected from Xbox Live. Is there a way to stay connected to Xbox Live permanently even if I turn off my Xbox. For instance when my Xbox downloaded an update,
    it had to restart to apply it, but when it restarted it was disconnected from Xbox Live. Please help.

    Connecting to Internet but not to Xbox Live

    I have a problem, my Xbox360 can connect to the modem and the internet but when I go to sign into my profile it disconnects from Xbox live and I get a message saying your console cannot connect to Xbox live and with it a small code saying 80151911. I tried
    restarting my console, downloading my profile again, resetting the modem and disconnecting it from the Xbox. This has been happening the whole day.

    2 XBOX'S 1 ROUTER PROBLEM

    When one of the xbox's disconnects from xbox live and i try to connect it back on again it comes up with 'can't connect to xbox live' and sometimes comes up with a error/status code. I can restart the router and it will work fine but i shouldn't have to
    do that every night to get both xbox's to work.

    also if my xbox freezes and i have to restart my console i get a nat type of Moderate or Strict on black ops 2 which messes my playing.

    Hey there Drunken PwNeR,

    Sorry to hear about that happening, that sounds super frustrating.

    Since it is straight up disconnecting you from Xbox Live, then if I were you I'd try following the troubleshooting steps we have on "My Xbox
    One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live    " and see if it keeps happening afterward.

    I also suggest power cycling the console following these steps here
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console     as well.

    It's real quick and helps with a variety of issues.

    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in resolution of the issue.

    Hi,

    first you should clear the cache of the console and restart it.

    Then download your profile and ignore the messages like 'disconnected from Xbox live' or 'can't connect to Xbox live'.
