My xbox one dings and does nothing more on start up

That episode was one of my favorites.

basically my day one xbox did this. only randomly in the middle of the night. So i sent it back to microsoft.

about 2 months later the new xbox woke me up in the middle of the night.

literally "ding ding ding ding ding ding ding" ejecting and taking the disc back in.

over and over and over and over again. Sending this one back as well.

About to say *** it and buy a ps4

When I first bought my xbox360 slim in 2010 it did the same thing. I hooked it up and put in a game then all of a sudden it started to ding. Ding.ding.ding.ding eject and close with the ding. And shut off and on. I took it back and got a new one. Well four
years later my new one that i got started to turn off and on with the ding sound. All on random. Is this a power issue?

I'm waiting for what Microsoft comes up with

I would try loading the game up on a friends console. and seeing if that helps. I had a friend that was doing everything for an achievement on his system and it would not ding. But as soon as he loaded the game up on my system and it got to the press start
menu the achievement dinged.

I am also experiencing this problem with no warning my slim system is turning on and off on its own without reason and it will change resolution too. Last night I got woke up cause my xbox 360 slim turned on and ejected the disc all on its own and I cleaned
the sensors. One more thing I find funny is when it is off it will ding quite normally but nothing will happen.
